Project Participation

Yes, you can personalise your fundraising cards with your school logo! Here’s how:

  • Upload Your Logo: Head over to your organiser portal and find the section designated for logo uploads.
  • High-Resolution JPG: For the best printing results, please ensure your logo is a high-resolution JPG file.
  • Upload Before Artwork Finalisation: It’s important to upload your logo before we finalise the card artwork. This way, you’ll see your logo as an option for the back of the cards during the design process.

We safely collect all artwork from school and hand scan it into our secure online platform.

Parents receive a unique login code to view their child’s artwork and order.

Absolutely! Parents can choose from a variety of products featuring their child’s masterpiece.

We typically do not send the original artwork back. Except in exceptional circumstances, please contact our office to discuss options.

Yes, flat collages scan well. Double-check that it’s stuck down very securely and do not use glitter as it transfers to other pupils’ artwork and our scanners

Order Process and Payment

Leave the order to us! There’s no need for the school to handle any payments or orders. Parents conveniently place and pay for their personalised items directly online, taking that task off your plate. This means less stress and more time for what matters most – running a successful fundraiser!

Unfortunately, to ensure timely production and delivery before Christmas, we’re unable to accept late orders. Our online store closes on 09/11/2025, and the last orders must be received by this date. We recommend communicating the deadline to parents well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

  • First Collection:We offer one complimentary collection from each registered setting. This ensures a convenient start to your fundraising efforts.
  • Additional Collections:If you require further collections, these will be charged at cost price.

Commissions and Deadlines

We electronically transfer commission payments directly to the school or PTA bank account you provide in your organiser portal. Payments are typically made in January following the completion of your project.

Important Notes:

  • If you haven’t added your school or PTA bank details to the portal, you’ll receive email reminders in January and February prompting you to do so.
  • We don’t offer commission payments by cheque. If you require a cheque for exceptional circumstances, a handling fee will be applied to cover postage and bank charges.
  • Unclaimed commissions: We hold commission payments for a maximum of two years. Please ensure you provide accurate bank details within this timeframe to avoid it expiring.

  • We aim to have everything dispatched by the week commencing 8th December 2025 at the latest.

Additional Information

Unlike traditional fundraisers, we handle everything:

  • No more collecting artwork: We pick it up directly from the school, eliminating the chaos of sending it home to parents and back.
  • Streamlined order processing: Forget the hassle of managing orders and cash collection. Everything is done conveniently online.

This means more time for what truly matters – celebrating your school’s creativity!

  • Maximise your fundraising from the start! For the best results, do the artwork in class and get teachers and parents on board early in the Autumn term. We provide a variety of resources, perfect for display around the school or on social media platforms.
  • The earlier parents are aware of the project, the more chance they’ll participate before buying cards elsewhere. We also recommend encouraging early ordering, aiming for early October to avoid any last-minute stress around half terms. This ensures everyone has ample time to create their masterpiece and meet the deadline comfortably.
